Lil' XT pet - unable to Redeem!!

I just bought the lil' XT pet from the blizzar store, i Redeemed the pet, and it's not in my in-game mail .....

I tried Redeeming again, and it says i already did... what's wrong ?!

Well, your petition is still in queue for a Game Master, Inpain.

As to your pet, we are looking into a few this morning that seem to be still pending payment. There may be nothing more than we've not received confirmation back yet - I'd give that just a bit more time.
