Faction changed completed however....

when i customised my toon to make it horde and click accept it gets stuck on "Changing Faction...".
Would really like a blue post, had a ticket open to be replied with a automated billing answer which in my opinion was not the case. Went to the transaction page and saw that my character had been completed and dont know what else i can try. I logged out for an hour and still no difference.
