I understand, but did they purchase recurring subscriptions, or Pre-Paid Game Cards? These forms of payment are processed differently, and unfortunately, it can take some time before you receive your free time and other Recruit A Friend bonuses when your Recruit purchases a recurring subscription.

So, first your friends would need to expend the 10 days of trial time, then their first 30 days of free time for purchasing new World of Warcraft accounts, then another 30 days of paid time. They should enter their first billing cycle after that time passes.

Adding a Pre-Paid Game Card causes an immediate 'billing cycle' to process, hence why it is the preferred option in a situation like yours.
