Inapproprate forum moderation

Ok recently i was banned from the forums for posting the following in the Damage dealing forums.

So i brought this here for 2 reasons.

1 , How can i avoid a perm ban when im following the rules and posting in the appropriate forums but getting one week bans for doing it?

2 , Why does the damage dealing forum even exist? Its a complete farce. Ive never been banned for anything on any other forum. It seems however at least one of the moderators in the dps forum has gone rogue on us.

For extra clarification i did write several emails to acc admins and pretty much everything i could find to try get the ban lifted. But that "service" is another farce. Not a single email back , not a single person ive spoken to has ever had a forum ban un-lifted. Oh and i would like it if the regular folk trying to get MVP refrain from their typical fan boi biasm. For once just read the post and look at it openly and objectively (this forum has one of the worst reps for trolls).
