Ah, it's very good news that you have your Mobile Authenticator's serial number. While we are unable to remove an Authenticator via a forum report, if speed is of the essence then a telephone call is definitely the best way to go, though you can submit an email to
[email protected] explaining the situation and that you would like to remove your Authenticator.

Also, please don't give up. You may need to keep a handy finger on the redial button before you are able to make it into our hold queue, but persistence should win the day, and that's your best shot to get this situation resolved prior to your raid. I would also strongly recommend acquiring another Authenticator as soon as this situation is resolved. I hope that the extra layer of security is worthwhile to you!
