Question about my gear getting restored...

I just would like to know how long it will take for my gear to be restored. It has been about 4 days since I got the reply that the incident was being investigated and I would just like to know what the status of the investigation is.

The current average is approximately 11 to 14 days at the moment, Erintonsus, but we're doing everything we can to reduce the wait time as quickly as possible.
