I payed 4 days ago, why do i still have restrictions? I have tried calling billing a hundred times, "they can't take my call at this time". C'mon I payed you already...

Uninstall, can I have you completely log out of the game client, wait 5 minutes, and then relog? I'm going to try to resolve this issue for you, but you need to be offline for a period of time for this solution to potentially work. :)

If you haven't relogged already, go ahead and do so now, and let me know if the restrictions are still in place.
