Account selling

Well i bought an account of some guy for $49 3 years ago because i didn't feel like buying all the games up to wrath and yesterday "3 years later" this guy decides he wants his account back i guess. And starts to contact blizzard saying someone hacked him. So of course my account's get all locked. I call blizzard and they want me to send ID of original account holder, Which i don't have of course. 5 Hours later the account is taken of my battle.net account.
So after $400+ of subscription payments and in game content. 7 Level 85 toons all go to the guy who sold this account for $49 in the first place. I have contact blizzard as i feel he should be banned for selling the account in the first place, i believe that is against the terms of use.

I guess all i can say is <removed> YOU battle.net u ruined world of warcraft.

Ps. One of their employees yelled at me on the phone lol
