Upgrading Burning Crusade Trial Account

This is inaccurate; there are no means by which a Game Master may "force" an account to upgrade instantly. I'm uncertain what in your personal experience would suggest otherwise, but I'm afraid that you have been operating under a misconception. Iffy is, indeed, correct in suggesting that the trial restrictions may remain until the week has elapsed, and that Billing may well be able to provide further assistance in lifting them. :)
