@CM, Store non-combat pets to stable master?

Sorry about 'CM' tag but I would like to get answer from Dev. or CM.

During the Blizzcon 07, I had chance to talk with Jeff Kaplan(a.k.a Tigole) and asked about non-combat pets's storage problem. Because there are ton of non-combat pets in game like panda, bunny, diablo, snake, oozy, pet murloc, etc, and some players(including me) are often out of bag space.

So, I asked him 'Will Bliz do something about this problem?' and he said:

'We have a lot of ideas for 'how we going to do about non-combat pets' One of idea is using Stable Master as Pet Master so non-hunter players(or hunters) can save their pets to them.'

Last patch(I think was 2.2) changed non-combat pet's title 'minion' to 'companion' that can I guess this 'saving pet to stable master' plan on next patch? Like 2.4 or something?
