Cata Feral Druid talents

Quick observations after playing around with the alpha talent calculator (http://cata.wowhead.com/talent):

For cat builds:
* It feels like you're forced to invest into Ferocious Bite to advance down the tree, particularly if Feral Instinct (flagged for redesign) ends up unattractive.
* Moving Naturalist a tier deeper into Resto kills any choice in where we get to spend the 5 extra talent points we get from going to 85. You HAVE to max Furor and take Nautral Shapeshifter. Currently the 5th point of Furor only nets you 5 energy because of the GCD and NSS/MSS is taken only because they are less inefficient filler to finish cat builds, since the alternative improving Ferocious Bite.
* Improved Feral Charge seems useless unless Ravage is getting a major buff.

For bear builds:
* Perseverance sounds overpowered to work in bear, but if it doesn't work in bear then we are forced to get completely useless talents to push down to Naturalist and OoC.
* Why does Survival of the Fittest still exist? I thought uncrittable was going to be baked into bear form/def stance/etc to reduce the tanking barrier to entry.

Shred is indeed 50 base.

The idea is not that you can take every talent point you desire. If anything, the decisions are going to be harder. "Bloat" is what players sometimes say when there are still talents remaining that they want to pick up.
