We are aware that players are receiving an error message when attempting to upgrade an account or complete a purchase from the Blizzard Store (http://shop.blizzard.com). We are currently looking into these payment processing issues and hope to have them resolved as soon as possible.
While we are unable to provide an estimate on when Blizzard Store and account upgrade purchases will again be available, we will continue to provide updates in this thread.
