Realm Latency - Multiple Realms

We are currently investigating reports of latency affecting game play on the following realms:

Hey, folks! We're showing a significant improvement in latency for all realms noted above. If you are still experiencing notable latency, however, please let me know as soon as possible and note your realm and what element of game play is affected (mail, looting, spell casting, zoning, etc).

I've pretty much given up on playing today since it really doesn't look likely. But any suggestions after a now 35 hour downtime would be awesome!
