Well paid character transfer isnt working it didnt work yesterday but i thought that it was because other servers had inspection, but inspection is over and its still not working. Can i ask why ?

If the character is where it belongs, i.e., transferred feel free to play it.

If it is still at it's point of origin, please do not log into it - that can sometimes cause odd issues to creep up.
