Beta Key Contest

I had a question that maybe someone can help me with...

I live in a state that does not qualify for entry into the beta key contest (I hate you Connecticut).

My question is if my guild mates enter this contest,and win does the person get a set of keys to hand out to whoever they want? And would I be able to receive one of those beta keys?

I don't' believe we are using keys this time around, Hemera. As far as I know if you are invited into Beta account will be attached to your Battle.net account. Similar to the PTR I believe.

It may work differently, I am not absolutely certain.
