I put in a ticket over 14 hour ago regarding an account issue that happened over 6 months ago, I wanted to know if it could be recovered. my 7 toons on 2 different servers. I submitted a GM ticket, I logged off. I come back online the next day and my level 22 that I submitted the ticket with had been restored. The GM handling this case did not review my ticket, they just threw it under a blanket bracket of loss. Well now half my stuff on my level 22 character is now missing. bags, herbs, all the gear. I have old quest items from level 15, level 12. in my mail box from a GM Corddwynn. I am really getting frustrated at this point. Since I submitted the ticket I am continuously booted off the world server.

I want to know if you can fix my level 22 back to how it was. also if you can replace my other toons items....

thanks

I do see you have two open issues at the moment, Kure.

At the moment, I'm a bit limited on what I can research, I do apologize.

Time may be an issue here. If this was several months old, or lower level characters there may simply be nothing left in the records for us to work with.

I'd wait to hear the results from the petitions you currently have in queue.

We really can never tell till an investigation is done, Kure.

Typically, if we can still find it, we can normally restore it.

A lot depends on where and when we look for things. Sounds like our dates may have been a bit off.

Q u o t e:
also, does this recovery effort fix your professions? or do you get to level those back up too?

If professions are tampered with, that's something that's extremely helpful to let us know about upfront.

In many cases those can be corrected - again, time may be a factor here in what can be done.
