Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

Hi, I'm just wondering why my account got banned and the password has been reset because as far as i know, some guy sold me his gems and other stuff for a half price. So where's the abuse of the economy here? Who doesn't want to buy cheap stuffs like that? Just like other gamers do, I want to earn gold but in a legal manner.

Please help me uplift it because I got a guild raid on Thursday. This game became a part of my LIFE so please guys help me. :(((

btw this is my friend's account. I will provide all the necessary information that my account is indeed mine.

I already emailed [email protected] and I'm positive that my account isn't compromised because I checked AH and all my gems and boe 264 items are still there.

Thank you so much for your replies. I hope that my account will be uplifted.

I'll avoid any deal like that in the future if it looks too good to be true.

Emailing Account Administration is exactly the right thing to do to appeal this.

Just a small sidenote, a suspension and a ban are two very different things functionally.

While this is definitely worth appealing if you feel you need to "set the record straight" - a suspension ends on it's own, a ban is permanent unless overturned.
