Authenticator problems

I had to reinstall a new OS on my computer last night meaning I had to reinstall WoW.
Well as I go to reinstall I pull out my phone for my authenticator and my phone is dead. I dont just mean dead as in needed to be charged, I mean dead needs to be replaced (and it was only 1 1/2 months old). I go get a new phone this morning and get my new phone restored but my authenticator app was not added. I had to reinstall my authenticator. I can't get into my account to delete the other authenticator because I need the authenticator code to get into my account.
I can't get a billing specialist on the phone because apparently blizzard no longer has a hold option because I was asked to send either an email or get on the forums. I'm highly disappointed in this and now I am completely locked out of my wow account because of this mess.
I need help and I need it ASAP, not 24-48 hours from now. I am an assistant raid leader and I have raids tonight. I dont have time for this crap because I have to redownload the game!
Can someone please assist me in getting the new authenticator code put onto my account!?

I encourage you to continue calling them, Moondk. A phone call will be the quickest method by which to have the Authenticator removed from your account. When calling, please hang up after you hear the "all of our operators are busy" message and immediately press redial; this strategy will improve your chances of entering our phone queue system.
