Just wondering if I could find out something - is there any chance restoration'll get started this weekend, or should I just forget about it? I really miss my mage, but l'm fine with waiting till you guys get to it. Just - wondering what I can expect, I guess.
Thanks for all the help, Orylia & Vrak.

l'm already passed that point...

I'm showing that you've only been in queue for about 3 days, Slainia. A representative from our Billing & Account Services department placed you in queue after being contacted.

Unfortunately, this means you've still got a bit of a wait ahead of you—and for any inconvenience this may cause you, I do sincerely apologize. Our In-Game Support staff will assist with your account's recovery as soon as possible, though. Any patience you can lend us in the meantime is therefore greatly appreciated. :)

It's just - they deleted my mage. She was my baby :( I'd just gotten loremaster, and was working on the insane title. /cry

Oh no! Well, hopefully we'll be able to get her back on her feet and with all her achievements in tact soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed just for you. :)

In the meantime, please feel free to level up any alts you may still have available. Playing on these characters, provided that they weren't transferred or renamed or re-customized or anything, won't interrupt the restoration process and may give you something fun to do while you wait.

So it has been more then 10 days since the ticket was escalated?

Nah. :) Like I noted above, Slainia's account compromise was both reported and escalated to our investigation queue about 3 days ago.
