Blizzard Store glitch - shipping address

I waited in the queue, got to the front with 69% of ticket stock left. I put the tickets in my shopping card and went to pay for them.
I received an error message: The shipping address you selected is no longer valid.

After triple-checking all of my information, it still would not work with the same error message.
I tried other valid credit cards, all with the same error message.
All of my information was correct and I was even able to make purchases on the blizzard store prior, and after ticket sales using the same credit card, address, account, everything.
I have no restrictions on my card and even checked with the bank. They verified it was an error on the site and there were no holds, limits, etc.

Seeing as this is obviously a glitch on Blizzard's end, will anything be done about it?
Will I get the tickets put back into my shopping card for purchase?

Thankfully I took screen shots of me having the tickets, but it has been impossible to get a hold of an English-speaking person in the billing department. After years of patronage, I suddenly feel like an unnoticed ant in the hill.

Will Blizzard make amends for their mistake?

I'm truly sorry to hear that you were unable to make the purchase, Night. As far as I am aware, we will be unable to circumvent the system to allow you to purchase tickets after the 15-minute order deadline has concluded; however, this question would be best asked to our Billing department. If they are unable to assist, or Billing representatives may be able to identify the root cause of the error you experienced to help ensure your purchase tomorrow goes smoother if you choose to make the attempt. Good luck, Night. I truly wish you the best of luck tomorrow, and sincerely apologize that I'm unable to provide any additional assistance in regards to this issue.

Something else you may want to consider is adding a separate shipping address your account such as a nearby friend or loved one, just in case.
