I didn't put that authenticator on there...

Hi, recently my account was hacked and I ran HijackThis in order to delete any trojans or malware. It worked and I also changed my E-Mail address and my password. Then about a month later I was getting DCd alot more and I got on to forums. When i logged forums I went t choose my forum toon and the hackers made 20 or so lvl 1s on different servers to advertise gold selling sites. My main toon is still there and he has all of his gear but I just need to know how to get past this stupid authenticator code they have on there so i can save all my stuff and re format my machine and change my info. Please ive done all i can up to here can anyone help me plz?

It looks like this issue was addressed very recently, Overpower, you should be receiving an e-mail shortly to your registered address. Please reply to that and we should be able to get you straightened out.

Also, your compromise investigation has already been forwarded for investigation. Queue times are currently around 8-10 days so you should hear something in 5-7 days.
