Paid name change error

I had one of my parents change my characters name and they had spelt it a different way then i wanted.

i was wondering if i could get the CD reset to my account so i could change it to again.

im not asking for a free name change im just asking if i can get the CD taken off so i can pay to change it again.

id also like to check the availability of the name i wanted it change too.

(I dont have any open slots on my account to check.)

Cooldowns are automatic, Uurriizz, and I'm afraid that we are unable to affect them. If reported soon after the error though we are sometimes in a position to help. :)

Give our Billing department a call.
