What is the wait time for in game service?

I have had a ticket open for 24 hours and was wondering what the wait time was, i would like to talk to a rep about the matter.

Indeed. As we will look into possible cases of a scam. :) Queue times are around 1-2 days, Shadyhealer. Though your issue may need to be escalated for further investigation so that time may change depending on the complexity of your request.
