You've been instructed to call Billing multiple times.

I don't know what's going on here - but you seem quite savvy in the ways of navigating illicit forums to have posted that information.

This wouldn't be the 'son's hacker mate' that's upset....would it?

In any case, it is not my intention to be rude, but to offer assistance. What you are requesting cannot be done here.

If an account is being billed to your name, I think the last thing I'd want to do with it is just give it to some random stranger on the internet - because UNTIL you talk to billing - the payment information isn't likely to change.

You can log into Account Management and cancel - that should wipe out that information, but more than that Billing are the only folks that can help.

I'm sorry, but we don't delete accounts, they can be closed - Billing may be able to lock them for you once you speak to them - but I can't do that from here. They have more information than normal Game Masters in the billing end and will need to confirm things with you before anything can be done.

THIS GAME CAN NOT BE PLAYED AGAIN JUST SHREDDED THE DVDS
AND WILL CHANGE PASSWORD AND EMAIL
THEN I DELETE YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS

Actually - if the legitimate registered account holder contacts us - yes, yes it can.

Again, please call Billing.

Hopefully once the real account holder realizes this - they'll a) not share their account information and b) get an authenticator.

I do believe we are done here.
