So yes i need some serious help.
I quit playing around January of this year. My account was fine and i had everything, nothing was wrong. But then a few days ago i tried to log on to my account to pay for it again and play now that my school year is over. But it was asking for some kind of authentication code. I had no idea what this was so i contacted blizzard to remove this. And they did. They told me i had apparently been hacked. So i changed my password and logged on. And all my main characters equipment was gone. My level 80 Hunter Jathony, my level 72 Paladin Bakedbeaner and my level 67 Deathnight Ttorment. All on Azjol Nerub. I opened a ticket and was told that i would be put under investigation to get my Gold/Gear/Bags/Bank Items and everything else i lost back. So after a couple days i decided to make a new character too pass the time till they solved this issue. I was playing this character last night. Then today i logged on, and ALL my characters were deleted. And there was tons of level one characters with names like jhakldjasklf, each in their own realm. So i guess it was a gold seller or something that hacked me. Again. I then made a character on my realm and opened a couple more tickets. I was just told again that i was under investigation. So after that i deleted all the characters, changed my email/ password and everything. And now i'm left with nothing but an account i'm paying for that has been hacked twice. And really i'm left with nothing. Please can i get some help, this really isn't funny.
And the name i have here on the forum is the name i had before i switched realms a couple times.

It sounds like you had not originally found the source of your compromise, Shadowboxing. Simply changing your password is not usually enough. Especially if your computer houses a malicious program or the compromisers have access to account and e-mail information.

As you have been told your case was forwarded for investigation. It is currently in queue to be investigated and you will be contacted as soon as their investigation is complete.

The best thing you can do is work in securing your system and making sure that if we are able to repair the damage that was caused that it isn't repeated.

Good luck.

Q u o t e:
I was hacked and would like to know if my account has been escalated, or if i am just receiving my emblems back with no gear, or its just taking them a bit to find what was sold or mailed.

Queues are currently around 8-10 days, Engessa, your case was sent up for investigation a little over 5 days ago, which means you should receive your results in approximately 3-5 days.

It may be less time or perhaps more based on the complexity of your investigation as well as the ones in front of you but our Investigation Team will do what they can to get you fixed up. Though no restoration is ever guaranteed the plan would be to repair as much damage as possible (i.e. return the items/gold, etc...).
