Account Hacked last weekend - Restore ETA?

Hi,

My account was hacked on May 23rd. I called in to Customer Service, and they said that I had been placed in the queue for account restoration.

Could you please confirm that I am in the queue, and possibly give me an idea of how much longer it will be until my account can be restored?

Six & You,

I see that both of your investigations are still in queue and will be addressed as soon as possible. The restoration process is averaging 8 to 10 days at the moment, so you both are near the top of that queue but aren't quite there yet. I encourage you both to remain as patient as possible.
