If my addition is correct, which hopefully it is, it's a little over day 9 of my investigation. Was wondering if I could get an update on how it's going or what's happening? Would be much appreciated.

You do have an investigation open Zero. At the moment, it's at 8 days 22 hours.

That queue is currently running on the high side of 10 days. Once your Specialist has had the opportunity to look into this for you, they will email you directly with the results.
