Help pls Blizz

i get this everytime i tried for paid service for faction change or server trsf "An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox."

Remote AH page confirms no pending mail, AH has no auctions, it's been about 72hrs since i tried to use either service ( not counting downtime) i'm trying to move to this server from my ex-horde server, and it's not letting me go >:(

i've cleared out inbox, canceled AH sales and made sure nothing left behind, i've n/c what else to do. tickets have been filed via webform, forum post, ingame, and email.

i'm on one of my toons on Khaz, my account info is visible, feel free to contact me.
