Sea Turtle no longer available?

So I've been fishing for the Sea Turtle for several days now. However looking up the item on wowhead today, it says it is no longer available in game. Here's the link:

Is this true? I checked wowhead a couple days ago and that message was not there.

Wouldn't have posted this on the WoW forums, but just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed an official announcement made somewhere.

I assure you, Ruvia, that my distant cousin, the Sea Turtle, is still available in-game. She does have an extremely low drop rate, but is still available. :0)
