If you are really are experiencing that many damn tickets then how about you hire some more GMs to do this easy as job of talking to people over a computer to answer tickets. It really is pathetic how i've been waiting for over a day now on one ticket. Oh but that's not it, i've have tickets that have taken four to five days.
First, please refrain from making use of the profanity on the World of Warcraft forums. I understand that you are frustrated, but a constructive dialogue is significantly inhibited by the use of inappropriate language.
Actually, there is substantially more to the business of handling player concerns in-game than you seem to credit. Regardless, the wait times are much longer than we'd like, and we're taking steps to reach our players more swiftly in the future, without compromising the high level of service we provide once we are able to address an incoming petition.
