17 days and counting

Well it has been 17 days since my first response from Blizzard saying they were investigating my account being compromised and all my toons deleted and no resolution as of today. Not only that other than a couple of emails I have no idea where I stand.

I was a guild officer and raid organizer and now people are starting to leave the guild because raids have not been going off as they should.

so even though i have played WOW for several years it has reached the point where I am about to just cancel my account and say screw it. It is a shame that it has reached this point but I guess everyone has to move on at some point and maybe this is the impetus I needed.

hope everyone else who has been compromised has better luck than I have.

Is this the affected account, Enhance? Based on the information I have available regarding this account, the restoration on this account should have been provided some time ago, on May 30th, in fact. Any restoration of the guild bank will be handled directly with your guild leader.

Do you still appear to be missing any characters or items? If so, then a follow up email sent to [email protected] detailing your remaining concerns should get you on track.

That seems very strange indeed. Those characters should be on Garrosh.

Forgive me if it seems a silly question - but are you certain that you are logged in to Garrosh? You should have 10 active characters available on that realm. Also, is there a character that perhaps we can arrange to delete temporarily (or even permanently), so that you have the option to create a new character on that realm?
