OMG, Phone Support SUCKS!

Okay, I've been trying for two days now to get my RETURNING ACCOUNT issue fixed. Apparently blizz does not want my money. I asked for help here and all I'm told is to call. Well, I've tried to call. All I get is either the automated message, then a hang up, or I get the message that we have more calls than expected and we can't take your call, please try again later bs!?!?!?!?!!? What kind of customer service does not allow you to wait for someone????? You don't even give us a chance, you just tell us to try back later and hang up. If this is what I am to suspect, maybe I shouldn't come back at all.. !?@#?%$!?%!%?

I sincerely apologize if you are having difficulties reaching our Billing department, Toshiri. Unfortunately, our phone queues can reach capacity when several players are calling in. The best method by which to reach our Billing department when this occurs is to hang up immediately after the "all of our operators are busy" message plays, and then press redial immediately.

I know that the wait can be frustrating, but I can assure you that we're doing everything in our power to address each and every call as soon as possible.
