I sincerely apologize if you are having difficulties reaching our Billing department, Toshiri. Unfortunately, our phone queues can reach capacity when several players are calling in. The best method by which to reach our Billing department when this occurs is to hang up immediately after the "all of our operators are busy" message plays, and then press redial immediately.
I know that the wait can be frustrating, but I can assure you that we're doing everything in our power to address each and every call as soon as possible.
