Faction change error

Whenever I try to change factions it keeps telling me that 'an error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or while they have any items for sale in the auction house'

I've checked my mail for the 100th time and NO auctions are in the AH but this message keeps popping up, I don't know what to do..:(

Can a Blizzard employee please help me ?
