Account still locked after being hacked.

The account with Cptheal on Dragonmaw is still locked after it was hacked and had an unathorized authenticator put onto it. The authenticator was removed and account secured and everything was restored, but the account is still locked. Can a blue give me a time estimate on when it will be unlocked?

On 5/26, you should have received an e-mail from us entitled World of Warcraft - Account Investigation, Ghrax. In that e-mail contain instructions on how to have your account unlocked. I encourage you to follow this particular step as soon as possible:
