Character gear restoration

i recently got an email from a GM about the status of my character after they restored him because a hacker had cleaned me out and my ticket was elevated but i was too smart too not delete the letter, and i just wanted to know if i would be able to get my gear back or if it would be lost forever.
and also how long the wait time is right now for elevated tickets.

From what I can see, Zelk, the character was restored but they were unable to provide any item restoration. The length of time since the account was allegedly compromised was simply too long ago to be able to verify the loss.

The response provided to your petition let you know that your character was restored and if you were unable to see it on the character selection screen try creating and deleting a character on that realm. This should refresh your list and show the character.
