What can we do about bots?

There is two guys from my server that bot almost 24/7. The problem is they have bots that dont just run into walls, they actually engage people in combat. its very frustrating because i always get them in my bg's and i can't get them kicked out. i have reported them several times in the last 2 months and nothing has been done. Honestly, does blizzard even care?

Botting has plagued bg's at night for a long time, and its only getting worse. Something has to be done, because whatever they are doing is not enough.

You have? May I ask on what character/realm you reported this?

I'm looking at your petition history on both accounts associated with this on you are posting under and see nothing at all that relates to this issue at all.
