Blizz.... whispers?

So I keep getting your typical spam whispers. Something along the lines of "You're in violation of such and such go to http://www.totallynotaphishingsite.com to get it fixed." Everyone gets them. Report Spam, Ignore, move on, right?

Not in this case. I've gotten almost a dozen messages from "Blizz". They're always the same thing. Funny thing is, I put him on ignore the second time. Somehow he keeps messaging me, despite the fact that his name remains on my ignore list. How is this possible?

And I checked: The name remains on my ignore list, and yet I keep getting messages.

How? Why? Can you fix it, please?

And why do you let people create characters with the prefix "Blizz" anyways?

Most likely because it isn't the same character, Aixela. These characters are created, used to spam, then deleted. Please use the Report Spam feature to report these instead of the petitioning system. The Report Spam feature was created just for this purpose.

Not only will it report the offending account but it will place the account on ignore.
