That is where you are incorrect, Dashizzit. You are posting and encouraging others to flood a department with e-mails. You are also providing false information as we do require viable proof of identity. That could be a number of things including the answer to the security question/answer, the original CD key for the account, etc. . . .
You aren't helping frustrated customers, you are providing false and misleading information and jumping into multiple threads to do so.
