Pretty lame. Been waiting patiently for 9 days now. Leveled a shaman from roughly 40 to 75 since then.

When I got hacked I caught it almost right away and I didn't freak out or anything. Just calmly dialed the Blizzard account line over and over til I got through, watched TV with the phone on my chest on speaker for an hour and a half. Finally got the authenticator off, logged in, surveyed the damage, then called my friends to tell them to change their passwords as they had logged into my computer before.

I haven't been able to play my main other than to do 10 arenas this week (and at the 2k bracket using a lot of tank gear in place of some gear is not an easy task to keep the rating up) as seeing a toon with one bag depresses me. So I just play my shaman.

/cast fit
PLEASE TELL ME IS SOMEONE WORKING ON MY ACCOUNT?!?

At the moment, this is 8 days, 13 hours old, Môntee.

Current queue time is just a bit more than that for most investigations. You should, however, be hearing from your Specialist in the not terribly distant future.

At least you can play yours! All of my characters across the map say " You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete". Been saying this for 5 days now. Day 1 of getting my acct back I was at least able to access the characters. Was working on some secondary skills leveling in my downtime (fishing to be exact) since I had no gold to do anything else. Sigh. I miss out on arena points, badges on my alts, and a guild that is absolutely frantic over my absence from the game. Being the GM of my guild, that was disband by the hacker, that also stripped everything from 6 toons, including an alt guild bank as well has just mentally drained me. I just don't understand the point of transferring a lvl 60 and a lvl 16 character..... Who pays for 6 character transfers when they hack an acct? Well one can only assume a stolen credit card does (this is just an assumption) but transferring a lvl 16 character just seems absurd. I'm only curious if you hackers read these forums and see the grief you cause other people.

Anyway, sorry for the rant but just sayin' you're lucky you can at least still play yours! I was healing heroics without a weapon the first day for something to do. Can't even do that anymore and have zero drive to level an alt during the downtime. Least it's been nice weather to go out and enjoy.

Bubbleyz, if you haven't called Billing on these - you should. These were locked because they were either unauthorized - or looked like they were unauthorized so close to your compromise.

I've contacted billing, well prior to that message popping up when trying to log in anyway. The transfers were unauthorized. Not really sure what you're saying here to be exact?

Did you ask they be reversed? Did they give you any further instructions?
