GM ticket;Armor replacement

Ive waited about 2 or 3 days with an open GM ticket. Is it normal being that long? When I ever open a ticket, its only a few hours. All i want is my 66 hunter to get her armor back. ( it was deleted)

To clarify. If items/characters are deleted by the player the restoration is generally much more simple to do. Compromise investigation usually require specialized investigation, which is why it takes a bit longer.
