Forum Account Action Dispute

I received a temporary (72 hours) forum account ban about 13 days ago (Don't remember exact date). I wasn't aware of this ban until I attempted to log into the forums.I believe that the reason giving for the ban doesn't justify the action taken I therefore attempted to dispute the action via e-mail.

I originally accidentally e-mailed in-game support but after they e-mailed me back (Again, don't remember exactly but it wasn't more than a day or two later), I then remedied this and e-mailed the appropriate team - [email protected] (At least that was the address I was given by the in-game support representative), now, 11 days later I haven't received any response whatsoever, no confirmation that my e-mail was received, no assurances that it's being looked into, no "We appreciate your concern, but disagree with you". I waited this long purely because I respect Blizzards "Don't spam our e-mail it's only slows us down" stance and therefore waited patiently. Assuming I sent it to the correct e-mail address the second time I'm a bit more bothered now. I resent the same e-mail I sent the first time with a bit extra trying to question why I haven't been given any customer support.

Obviously the temporary forum suspension is over but I believe it happened unjustly in the first place. My reasoning for continuing to pursue this is I really rather not have any black marks on my account that I don't deserve and secondly if there is someone handing out unnecessary bans that they be addressed.

I'm unsure if it's entirely appropriate to ask for help related to forum suspensions here but it's my only recourse besides calling customer service (Which unless my account hinges on it I'm unlikely to do) and therefore any information or assurances that my e-mails concerns are being looked into or at least that it's been received and they will eventually be looked into would be appreciated. Thank you.

Good morning, Tröll.

As your fellow players have stated, the [email protected] e-mail address is the most appropriate way to dispute and discuss forum actions such as this one. Since you have not yet received a response, I encourage you to go ahead and send another e-mail (don't worry, it won't be looked at poorty).

Also, you can let our Community team know of your dissatisfaction in the way this has been handled by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. While I cannot guarantee a response to your feedback e-mail, I can assure you that they will look into it!

Thanks for your patience, Troll. I hope you are hear back soon.
