you cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete
is the message im getting from my priest when i try to log in to him my alt pally is fine but who gives a crap about a low level i wanted to get me new arena armor after 24 hours down posted some thing on me alt pally in game and also posted some thing on here as well and got no reply so i am trying again to have explained to me why i am paying for a service i cant not use
i got hacked months ago and nothing was done about that but a pass word change i didnt get me gold back or my items that were deleted or my profs

Well I am terribly sorry to hear that - I do hope you get to feeling better soon.

Let's take your older issue first. You were sent an ingame response on 3/27 indicating we simply weren't able to locate anything missing in connection to any incident that looked like a compromise. Does anyone else have access at your normal play location? This was a followup of an email sent to your registered email address on 3/20.

I do see a race change here that looks like it may have errored out, that would lock that character. I would first check your Account Management page to see if it's possible to cancel that request from your side. If not, this is something Billing would likely need to look into further for you.
