Race change isnt working

well, I pretty much have been trying for hours now too change my race on one of my toons and its been saying that i dont have any toons on that server. whats going on?

Quite likely your realm 'wasn't there' so to speak for characters to be found on due to maintenance.

I'd give this a bit more time. There is a bit more work being done back-end this morning so transactions may have a bit of a queue time or be unavailable.
