Another Faction Change Problem

I submited a faction change for this toon around 6pm PST on 6/8/2010. My toon is still "stuck" in the pending section since that time. My credit card has been charged. Just wondering if there is anything I can do on my end to help speed up the process.

I obviously know the paid services were down during the 28* hour maintanance, however i was curious if i needed to reapply for my request. It's most likely just a queue that needs to process through. Paid services touch the realms for your character information stored there. When those realms are taken out of service for maintenance, those connections usually aren't available either.

Does that make sense?
