Gears are not fully restored.

So at this moment, I should first thank Blizzard kindly restore gear lost from hack.
Yes, they are back within 8-10 days, I appreciate that.
However, majority part of my gear are not back yet.

I've sent a letter to [email protected], about my gear are not yet fully restored.
I want to at least know that is the restoration still ongoing, or is everything now I see is all I can get back?

I need answers, thank you.
