Item restoration past due

Hello, my account was hacked 10 days ago and I was informed that my items would be restored within 6-8 days, two days ago. I would like my items restored ASAP.

Because I was left with no gold, and only a few items from my healing set I have missed raiding for this week and follow up raids last week. Even heroics are only slightly possible. Also lvling alts has not been possible because they also have no gold and no gear. Seeming as the game had very limited playability for me and I would like to be compensated with an equal amount of free play time.

I am sorry for whatever confusion was caused, Lifebloomer, I have looked at your e-mail and petitions and I'm afraid I have been unable to find where someone said that you will receive your restoration within 6-8 days. We do not generally provide exact times in most cases simply because those times may vary.

The responses to both petitions stated it would take approximately 8-9 days. The first e-mail you received did not provide a time frame and the second said that it should be completed in about 12 days.

You have been in queue for 9 days, given current queue times you are nearing the end of your wait, you should be contacted via your registered e-mail address with the results.

I am sorry to hear that, Lifebloomer, but please keep in mind your subscription pays for access to your account, not a particular realm or character or even items/gold. We will do what we can to repair the damage that was caused when your account was compromised but compensation is generally granted for loss of time due to an error that has occurred on our end. I'm sorry, but we did not cause your account to be compromised.

If you feel compensation is necessary though you are welcome to contact our Billing department.
