I'm sorry, Dota, but I don't show that this account is linked to any other with the Recruit a Friend promotion. Are you certain that you used the Recruit a Friend invitation correctly?
Meaning, your friend sent you the invitation and you either created or logged into your Battle.net account and then clicked on the link in the Recruit a Friend invitation? What often happens is the friend sends the invitation, the recruited player then opens the e-mail and clicks on the link on their inviting friend's computer. This creates the Recruit a Friend trial account on whatever account is currently logged in (i.e. the person who recruited you).
You may have upgraded and applied a game card but it does not appear you did so to the appropriate account. If you provide me with the name and realm of a character on your friend's account I may be able to confirm what happened but it may simply be best to move on to the next step to get this issue resolved.
You'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They should be able to apply the Recruit a Friend link to the appropriate account which should provide both accounts with the appropriate benefits.
