Just so you all know, I'm simply looking at the time at which you contacted our staff. If you know on what day you submitted a petition, called our Billing department, or sent an e-mail, simply add 9 to 10 days onto that and that is your estimated wait time. :)

The Billing representative did just that 4 days ago, Offer, so you'll probably hear back in 5 to 6 days. :)
