Okay... My fiance's account was banned last Friday. Through several emails, the account was restored since he's done nothing wrong. (No explanation was provided in the email he received other than the account was restored) Now, his account has been banned - While he was playing. His toon name is Grazzy. Server is Eonar. He's supposed to raid tonight. In the email written last week to Blizzard, he asked if there was anything he could do to prevent this in the future. No response was ever given. Honestly, this is ridiculous. Both of us have been players for 3 years + now. Never have missed a payment, violated terms of service, etc. Why is this happening, and why is there little to no help coming from Blizzard? PLEASE HELP.

PS: The account has not been hacked, it is banned by Blizzard.

In our effort to rid the game of exploitative behavior, Arreda, we may on rare occasion hone in on someone who fits enough of the criteria to look like an exploiting player. Further investigation is sometimes necessary to confirm the actions taken.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this may have caused you and your fiance, hopefully our Account Administration department will be able to look into his case soon.

If everything is verified as legitimate we should be noting the account accordingly. Though that may not make him immune to further action and regrettably if he looks suspicious it is possible that I may see you again. :(

My advice would be to slow down, just a touch, mindless farming tends to look like well... mindless farming. I am very sorry for what frustration this has caused the both of you and I hope it can all be straightened out and he can continue on his path to the Insane. :)
