Account restoration time

My account was hacked recently, and I got it back on 5/31. I understand I haven't been waiting that long, and that people are ahead of me in line, I was just curious to what the average wait time currently is.
My character, Pibbles, was faction/realm/name changed and I got this email today saying "It appears that the account you emailed us about is now under your control." I just think its weird to get that email 6 days after actually getting my account back, and was wondering what that meant aswell.

Good morning, Pibbles!

It looks as if the average wait time is approximate 9 to 10 days at the moment, so you have a little while longer to wait. I encourage you to remain as patient as possible as we attempt to resolve each outstanding investigation as soon as we can.

The e-mail you received from our Billing department was simply a message letting you know what we received your mail, know what's been going on, and are still thinking about you. I think the representative who e-mailed you simply wanted to let you know that we're aware that you still need help. :)
